Not really.
It also means the Nec is specced highly into Blood, which was basically useless outside of Orders. Orders is a sac heavy build and so DF is counter-productive there.

Wind and mysticism? why? put 4 points in wind and u got Attackers insight at a decent enough lvl, u can put more points in for an IAS to (like whirling charge + the dwarv skill that increases stances). And also Drunken Master says hi . Why would a derv need mysticism *cough* anetneedstobuffit *cough*
I'm sure the derv can put enough points into blood magic without losing IAS or E-managment. The question is, is it worth it to take this over say a Derv SY-spammer?

If you want to spam skills frequently enough to do decent damage, with or without Demonic Flesh, you will need Zealous Vow. Nothing less.
Hmmm... Drunken Master is only 15%IAS, but... Dwarven Stability at high rank would maybe make Whirling Charge's uptime acceptable. That would allow you to split scythe, wind, blood. There might be a viable build here...

Spamming the 1s attack skills on recharge means you can get away without an IAS. Not sure if the gain from DF will outweigh the slight loss in attack rate though.

I've been running an A/N with Repeating Strike and DF. Kind of decent, I suppose, but then again, methinks DF is best used in tandem with MoP.

Not really? You mean you played my character so you know how much better it did with Demonic Flesh than without?
Astounding.
Also perhaps you should realize that not everyone plays this game for SUPER OPTIMUM BUILDS ONLY style, I play with my own style, my own builds and I have fun doing it. Mixing skills together that most of the people on these forums spit on is what makes me giggle a little.
For giggling is fun.

Big HP meat sack with low armor FTW.
Someone should do a writeup on the damage done by DF as opposed to an assassin that's only specced in CS/DM.
Actually, just looking at it very shallow... DB+MS only loses +1 damage from 14 to 13 Dagger Mastery. And DF adds 11 damage per skill adjacent @ 6 Blood. So if you can find the space on the bar it should indeed increase the damage.

The skill to drop would be SY!...
Scan, JS, FF, DB, MS, CritEye, CritAgil, SY! --> Demonic Flesh
or, for WotA fans:
Scan, JS, FF, DB, WotA, CritEye, BuH, SY! --> Demonic Flesh
Maybe for parties where SY! is already covered.

Should work ( or sort of ) on a MS Sin or a WE W spamming skills , kinda tricky to gather enough foes to make it significant i guess ..... but not hard though.

Has anyone actually tested this and checked AoE-triggered scatter, yet? It might make all the talk about damage increase a moot point.

Will the scatter be any worse than Splinter or MoP?
It's triggered less rapidly and for longer, but on top of those I don't think it's going to cause anything to happen that doesn't already happen.
